The long driveway leading from the main road to the main entrance keeps the noise and traffic far away from the residence. You feel like you’ve left Cairo and gone to a resort somewhere in the suburbs. Once you get into the property you are greeted by cafe Testarosa then the Egyptian restaurant AbuOaf past the Casino’s entrance. The main lobby reminded me of the elegant royal palaces and villas of early 1900s Cairo. The daily 2 hours of live piano music added to the luxurious atmosphere. Most staff members are well experienced and have spent many years in their professional careers. Adding to the finesse of the place is the jewelry shop owned and run by the daughter of one of the most prestigious jewelers in royal Egypt. Our housekeeper, Noorhan, was wonderful. Esraa at the breakfast restaurant was very sweet and helpful. Mr. Ammar Attar was an exceptional host throughout the stay. Hafiz at the reception was also pleasant and welcoming .

A Wonderful Hotel with Excellent Service! We were extremely pleased with our stay at Concorde El Salam Cairo Hotel & Casino! It’s a fantastic place with very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very polite and attentive. We especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants—each area offers something unique, and the food is truly delicious. We were also impressed by the service. We checked out early in the morning, and the hotel arranged a special shuttle for us so we could sleep a little longer. When we found out that our flight was canceled and delayed, we returned to the hotel, and they gave us our room back. Such a level of care and professionalism is truly remarkable! We are very happy we chose this hotel, and we will definitely plan to return in the future. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service in Cairo!

The hotel was amazing! We were greeted with welcome drinks, and they allowed us to check in two hours early at no extra cost. The room was very nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were so attentive, especially Nbeha and Mariam. The driver, Mostafa, was extremely respectful and careful while driving. The Italian restaurant was excellent; we had our New Year's Eve dinner there. The swimming pool was heated, which allowed the children to swim even during their "winter." It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it. P.S. It's located near the airport, which is a great area to stay in Cairo, as it is close to excellent malls, restaurants, etc.

A big thank you to the hotel’s customer service team, to the housekeeping staff for their excellent work, and to Mr. Mahamed Abdi Alzaher, who greatly assisted us with his helpful advice during our stay. The establishment is located in a quiet area near the airport — ideal for those seeking peace and quiet away from the noise of the city. The only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit outdated and could benefit from renovation. Finally the reception staff were efficient and quick during both check-in and check-out, making the process smooth and pleasant. I’ll stay at this hotel again if I return to Cairo.

In the evening, we dined al fresco (twice) at the Italian resturant which was excellent - the Egyptian rose wine was an enjoyable surprise. Our room was upgraded which was a lovely touch and we were kindly able to have a late (2pm) check out & was greatly appreciated. The staff and customer service were excellent (we were contacted on several occasions to ensure our stay was fine) and again, this was greatly appreciated. The spa & gym facilities are great - I had a fantastic back message which was great value compared to UK prices. The hotel pick-up/drop off to CAI was efficient/smooth.
